Michael Roy Harp, 56, passed away on January 11, 2015, in Sanger, TX. Michael was born in Denton, TX on November 30, 1958, the son of Bobby Delano and Cathryn Carter Patton. Michael is survived by his wife Ann Marie Harp; his mother Cathryn Patton and step-father Cecil Park; daughters Whitney Harp and husband Carl Thomas of Dallas, and Devin Decker and husband Justin of Sanger; sons, Michael Dustin Harp of Denton, Steven McDaniel and wife Linda of Aubrey and Trey Burts of Corinth; sister Patty Harp of Lewisville; one brother John Harp of Ada, OK; and granddaughters Savannah and Madilyn.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday January 15, 2015 at 2:00p.m. in the Mulkey-Mason Funeral Home chapel, 705 N. Locust St., Denton, TX., with burial following in Trinity Cemetery in Denton. Visitation will take place from 1 pm until 2 pm on Thursday prior to the service.
