Michael Paul Garcia, 42, of Hart, TX, died on Wednesday, November 13, 2019 at his home.

He was born on September 29, 1977 in Plainview, TX to Roger Garcia and Amparo Munoz Garcia. Michael was a loving father whom always saw the best in everyone. He liked working with his hands and was a jack-of-all-trades.

Michael is preceded in death by his son Zane Alexander Garcia. He is survived by his mother, Amparo Garcia of Hart; father, Roger Garcia of Plainview; daughters, Charizma and Teagan Garcia of Dimmitt; son, Gavin Paul Mejia; sister, Vanessa Garcia of Denton; niece, Chloe Cortez of Denton; nephews, Alec and Levi Cortez of Denton; great nephew, Kane Williams of Denton.

A visitation will be held from 6 PM to 8 PM Wednesday, November 20, 2019 at Mulkey-Bowles-Montgomery Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday, November 21, 2019 in the chapel of Mulkey-Bowles-Montgomery Funeral Home, 705 N. Locust, Denton. Rodrigo Velasquez will officiate the service. Interment will follow at Roselawn Memorial Park.
