Maxine S. Burch, 94 of Denton, died Monday, February 04, 2008, at Denton Regional Medical Center. She was born June 1, 1913 in Boonesville, Ark. to R. B. and Leona (Wann) Shannon. She was married to Jessie C. Burch in Marietta, Okla. in 1930, he died April 8, 2002. She was a member of the First Baptist Church, and worked with her husband and family in owning and operating the Ju-cy Pig Restaurant.

A graveside funeral service will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Thursday, February 7, 2008 at Roselawn Memorial Park, with Rev. Cliff Feeler, officiating. The family will be at Mulkey-Mason, Jack Schmitz and Son Funeral Home, 705 N. Locust, Denton for visitation from 6 P.M. until 7 P.M. on Wednesday, February 6, 2008.

Mrs. Burch is survived by her son and daughter in law, Ralph B. and Patsy Burch, of Corinth, a sister, Patsy Anderson, of Denton, and four Grandchildren, Randy Burch, Ricky Reed Tina Miller, and husband Tommy, and Ralph Burch, Jr. and wife, Beth, and four Great Grandchildren.
