Mary Wilma Murphree, age 88, of Lewisville, passed away Tuesday, February 5, 2008, in Lewisville.
She was born October 15, 1919 in Durant, Oklahoma to August E. and Mamie C. Lilly Kruger. Wilma married G. B. Murphree on September 6, 1940 in Durant. She was a member of Temple Baptist Church in Flower Mound.
She is survived by her loving family; husband, G.B.; daughters, Carolyn Hughes and husband, Kenneth of Sand Springs, Oklahoma and Wanda Killingsworth and husband, Brad of Highland Village; sons, Alan Murphree and wife, Donna of Lewisville and Doug Murphree and wife, Ginger of Lewisville; grandchildren, Lisa Keiter, Scott Parks, Stacy Murphree, Mark Murphree, Chad Murphree, Shanna Mikolajchak, Matt Murphree and Lindsay Murphree; 16 great grandchildren; sisters, Lawana Floyd of Dumas, Texas, Geneva Downs of Durant, Oklahoma and Louise Morton of Weleetka, Oklahoma and by her brother, Don Kruger of Dumas. She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother, J.L. Kruger and by one sister, Helen Kruger.
Funeral service will be held 10:30 a.m. Friday, February 8, 2008, at Mulkey-Mason Funeral Home in Lewisville. Interment will follow at Old Hall Cemetery in Lewisville. Reverend Richard Wallace will officiate the service. The family requests memorial contributions made to the Alzheimer's Association,
