Obituary
Mary Ann Jones, 80, of Aubrey, TX, formerly a resident of Duncan, Oklahoma, moved on to be with her Lord and Savior on December 5, 2011.
Mary was born on November 26, 1931 in Oklahoma City, OK to Howard
and Lorraine (Cook) McLain. She was a 1950 graduate of Central High School in
Oklahoma City. In November of 1950, she joined into a 61 year union with her loving husband Leo Grant. Until recently, the couple had spent the past 35 years as residents of Duncan, OK. She was a devoted mother to her three children and a mother figure to so many others. Mary was an avid bridge player and enjoyed doing various crafts. She was a member of the Westside Christian Church in Duncan.
She is survived by her husband of Aubrey, Texas, daughters Linda Schulz and her husband Max of Denison, TX, Denise DeRusha and her husband Randy of Aubrey, son, Steven Jones and his wife Cindi of Edmond, OK; sister, Georgia Perkins of Aurora, CO; grandchildren, Leslie
Auvenshine, Josh Hallman, William and Matthew Jones, Kirby, Daniel
and Joseph DeRusha; great-grandchildren, Scott and Avery
Auvenshine, and Andrew Hallman.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday December 10th at the Westside Christian Church in Duncan, Oklahoma. Pastor Fred Rider will officiate the service.
