Mary Anne Carroll,88, of Argyle, Texas passed away on Thursday March 7, 2024, at Cross Timbers Rehabilitation.

Mary was born in Argyle, TX on May 11, 1935, in the very home she grew up in, to parents Annie Heath Billingsley and James Alton Boyles. She graduated early from Denton High School and attended Texas Women's University. She was a long-time member of Gateway United Baptist Church in Denton, Texas. Mary Anne was married to Billy G. Carroll for over 50 years until his passing on December 26, 2011. They were married on August 20, 1961. Mary worked many years at Moore Business Forms, FEMA, and TWU.

Mary Anne Carroll is survived by her daughter Cynthia (Cindy) Anne Kelley of Argyle, Texas and son William Patrick (Pat) Carroll and wife La Donna of Ponder, Texas. Mary Anne was blessed to have Six Grandchildren and Seven Great Grandchildren. Mary was preceded in death by her son Charles David ( Sam) Carroll.

A funeral service, with early viewing at 1:00 PM, will be held at 2:00 PM Tuesday, March 12, 2024 at Mulkey-Bowles-Montgomery Funeral Home with Reverend Buddy Owens officiating. Burial will follow in Prairie Mound Cemetery in Argyle, TX.
