Willette Boyd, age 91, of Lewisville, passed away Tuesday, February 23, 2010, in Lewisville.
She was born June 18, 1918 in Denton County, Texas to William Henry Cunningham and Maude Mayes Cunningham. Willette married William Neil Boyd who preceded her in death on
February 6, 1956. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Lewisville.
Willette is survived by her son, James W. Boyd and wife, Patricia of Flower Mound; grandchildren, Amy Macal of Hurst and Jeff Boyd, great grandchildren, Cody, Tyler and Sadie; niece, Betty Jane Nash of Lewisville and several cousins.
Funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday, February 26, 2010, at Mulkey-Mason Funeral Home in Lewisville. Interment will follow at Flower Mound Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. The family requests memorial contributions to be made to Heart to Heart Hospice.
