Marvin Fielden, age 79, of Lewisville, former resident of Wichita Falls, passed away Thursday, July 16, 2009, in Dallas.

He was born March 20, 1930 in Cabool, Missouri to Floyd and Dollie Loman Fielden. Marvin retired from the United States Army after 20+ years of service including service during the Vietnam War and the Korean Conflict. He married Tommi Crawford on August 23, 1985 in Fort Collins, Colorado. He was a member of First Baptist Church in Lewisville and former member of First Baptist Church in Wichita Falls.

He is survived by his wife, Tommi of Lewisville, TX and brother, Melvin Fielden of Clovis, NM.

A graveside service will be held 12:00 p.m. Tuesday, July 21, 2009, at Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery in Dallas. Mulkey-Mason Funeral Home of Lewisville is in charge of arrangements.
