Martha Hickerson Parker age 64 of Denton passed away Sunday, April 13, 2008 at her residence.  She was born October 28, 1943 in Texarkana to Fletcher and Bessie (McClendon) Hickerson.  She married Howell Oneal Parker May 25, 1963 in New Boxton, Texas  She was a Homemaker and a Baptist.  Martha is survived by her son Jason Parker, of Denton,  Daughters, Lesley Battles, of Denton and Susanne Pitman, of Paradise,  grandchildren Reid, Blake, Melody, and Baylor Battles,  Avery and Timothy Parker,  Sarah, Joshua and Noah Pitman.

Funeral service will be 10:30 A.M. Wednesday, April 16, 2008 at Mulkey-Mason Chapel, 705 N. Nocust St. Denton, TX 76201.  The Dr. Larry Reynolds will officiate the service.  Burial will be 4:00 pm at Sand Hill Cemetery in New Boston, Texas  Visitation will be 6-8 pm Tuesday April 15, 2008 at the funeral home.
