Mark Kozacek, 53, of Denton, died Friday, February 10, 2006 at Presbyterian Hospital of Denton. He was born January 22, 1953 in Omaha, Nebraska to George and Bobbie (Biddle) Kazacek. He attended Public Schools and was a member of the Baptist Church. He was employed as a caretaker at the Denton State School.
A funeral service will be held at 2 P.M. Thursday, February 16, 2006 in the Gateway United Baptist Church, 2401 N. Bell Ave. with Rev. Buddy Owens, officiating. Burial will follow in the Roselawn Memorial Park The family will be at the funeral home for visitation from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. on Wednesday, February 15, 2006. Mr. Kozacek is survived by three daughters, Chris Calfee, of Morristown, Tennessee Penny Osborne of Morristown, Tennessee, and April Willis, of White Pine, Tennessee, and three sons Daniel Kozacek, of Denton, David Kozacek, of Jericho, Tennessee, and Dale Kozacek, of Deluth, Minnesota. His parents George and Bobbie Kozacek, of Denton, and a brother, Michael Kozacek, of Lewisville, and a Special Friend, Debbie Adams, of Denton, and Seven Grandchildren.
