Marilyn Dianne Malone "Nana Honey", 65, of Denton, went to her heavenly home on Sunday, January 5, 2014 at Denton Regional Medical Center.
Mrs. Malone was born on February 9, 1948 in Denton to Benjamin Jackson and Corine (Blake) Watkins. She was married to Bobby Gene Malone, Sr. on September 22, 1973 in Denton.
She is survived by daughters, Tammy Gibson and her husband Chris of Sanger, Carolyn Malone Loftin of Anna; sons, Bobby Jack McGehee and his wife Jill of Dibble, OK, Bobby Gene Malone of Denton; sisters, Carolyn Pannell of Denton; Linda Johnson of Krum; grandchildren, Brittany Gibson, Michael "Cody" Malone, Ashley MaGehee, Curry Bain, Zack McGehee, Ralyn Brown, Karmen Malone, Seth Mathews, Braydon Malone, Jaycee Mathews, Allie Malone, Stetson McGehee. She was preceded in death by two sisters, Dorothy Beard and Jean McCarty and two brothers, Benny Watkins and Johnny Watkins.
A visitation will be held from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Thursday, January 9, 2014 in the chapel of Mulkey-Mason Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held at 10:00 AM Friday, January 10, 2014 in the chapel of the funeral home. Interment will follow at 2:00 PM at the Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery, Dallas.
