Mamie Allison, 84, of Denton, died Thursday April 24, 2008 at Lake Forest Good Samaritan Village.

Mrs. Allison was born on May 13, 1923 in Van Alstyne, TX to Emmitt and Ethel (Watson) Bledsoe. She was married to Cyrus Paul Allison on July 27, 1938 in McKinney. She was a homemaker and a member of Taylor Park Church of the Nazarene.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday April 26, 2008 in the chapel of Mulkey-Mason, Jack Schmitz and Son Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Roselawn Memorial Park. Visitation will be held from 1:00 PM until service time on Saturday.

Survivors include her daughters, Oleta Steele of Denton, Donna Clements of Lewisville; sons, Paul Allison of Amarillo, Leonard Allison of McKinney, Charles Allison of Denton, Eddie Allison of Albuquerque, NM; eighteen grandchildren; nineteen great grandchildren.
