Mai Dyer, age 87, of Highland Village, passed away Thursday, January 21, 2010, in Lewisville.
She was born April 27, 1922 in Opp, Alabama to Henry C. Thompson and Leila Lee Smith Thompson .
Mai married Walter L. Dyer on December 7, 1945 in Orlando, Florida.
She is survived by her husband, Walter of Highland Village; daughter, Donna Dyer of Lewisville; son, John Dyer of Highland Village; three grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
Funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. Thursday, January 28, 2010, at Denton Bible Church. Interment will follow at Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday at Mulkey-Mason Funeral Home in Lewisville.
