Maggie Mulkey Reed, 94 of Denton, died Thursday, April 21, 2005 at Denton Rehabilitation Center. She was born April 30, 1910 in Denton County, to David W. and May (Pierce) Mulkey She was married to the late Otis Reed, in Denton County on October 5, 1929, he died August 12, 1975. She was a member of the Baptist Church, and was retired from the Denton Independent School District, where she was a Cook and Cafeteria Worker at Lee Elementary School.

A funeral service will be held at 11 A.M. Thursday, April 28, 2005 in the Chapel of Mulkey-Mason Funeral Home with J. F. Norris, Jr. Officiating. Burial will follow in the Trinity Cemetery. The family will be at the funeral home from 7 P.M. until 8 P.M. Wednesday, April 27, 2005 for visitation. Her nephews will serve as Pallbearers.

She is survived by numerous Nieces and Nephews.
