Maggie Lyon, age 50, of Gainesville, Texas, passed away Sunday, February 17, 2008, at her home.

She was born February 26, 1957 in Brownsville, Texas to Charles Binney, II and Eleanor Brain Binney.

She married Owen Lyon III on June 14, 1980 in Harlingen, Texas. Maggie was a member of Crossroads Bible Church in Flower Mound, Texas. She was also a member of PEO and the LISD PTA.

She is survived by her husband, Owen of Gainesville; daughters, Katherine Anne Fisher and husband, Matthew of Argyle and Eleanor Louise Lyon of Weatherford; son, William Owen Lyon IV of Grapevine;

grandchild, Morgan Fisher; mother, Eleanor Patterson of Harlingen; brothers, Robert Binney of Harlingen and John Reger of Flower Mound and sister Renee Castle of Lewisville. She was preceded in death by her father, Charles Binney II.

The family will receive friends from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Wednesday, February 20, 2008, at Mulkey-Mason Funeral Home in Lewisville. A memorial service to celebrate Maggie's life will be held 3:00 p.m. Thursday, February 21, 2008, at Crossroads Bible Church. For online condolences please go to
