Lynn Hardesty Dews, 67, of Denton, died Wednesday, April 11, 2007 at Presbyterian Hospital of Denton. She was born January 19, 1940 in Dallas, TX to W. A. and Lena Amanda (Carlton) Hardesty. She was married to Lawrence Edward (Larry) Dews, on November 18, 1967 in Dallas, he died December 2, 2006. She is a member of the First Baptist Church, She loved her church and enjoyed many senior trips with all of their friends.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 P.M. Saturday, April 14,2007 in the Chapel of Mulkey-Mason, Jack Schmitz and Son Funeral Home, 705 N. Locust, Denton, with Rev. Cliff Feeler, Minister to Seniors adult officiating. Internment will be in Roselawn Memorial Park. The family will be at the funeral home for visitation from 6:00 P.M. until 7:30 P.M. on Friday, April 13, 2007.

Mrs. Dews is survived by two sons, Larry Steven Dews, of Garland, and Lynn Edward Dews, of Killeen: and four grandchildren: Wade, Jennifer, Erci, and Coryanne Dews, and one great grandson Dalton Dews, and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents.
