Lou Ann Frey, age 52, of Lake Dallas, passed away Monday, December 14, 2009, in Denton, Texas.
She was born October 28, 1957 in Princeton, Kentucky to Ray Davis Woodruff and Jo Ann Watson Woodruff. Lou Ann was a graduate of the University of Kentucky and a member of the Kappa Delta Sorority. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Lewisville, and she and her mother owned Bargain Express Movers in Lewisville. Lou Ann married Stanley Frey on November 15, 2008 in Lake Dallas.
Lou Ann is survived by her husband, Stan; daughter, Christin Wilkins, a pre-med student at Baylor; son, Ryan Wilkins, a graduate of the University of North Texas and her mother, Jo Ann Woodruff. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. D. W. Woodruff, and Mr. and Mrs. H. Jeff Watson, father, Ray Davis Woodruff and a brother, Charles Ray Woodruff of Princeton, Kentucky.
Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, December 19, 2009, at Mulkey-Mason Funeral Home in Lewisville. Interment will follow at Swisher Cemetery in Lake Dallas. Pastor Truett King will officiate the service. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Mulkey-Mason Funeral Home of Lewisville is in charge of arrangements.
