Faith has yielded to sight as Lori Elizabeth Collins has arrived home and is with the
Lord. Lori was born December 1, 1966, in Amarillo and entered into heaven on September 12, 2012. She leaves behind Bryan, her husband of twenty-six years, and their daughters, Kaycee and Allyson, of Denton; her parents, Ed and Maxine Nolan of Amarillo; her brother, Patrick Nolan, and his wife, Starshine, of Cedar Hill; as well as a vast spiritual family of fellow believers in Christ who regard her as a mother and mentor, a sister, and friend. The family wishes to express their enduring gratitude to all who served and cared for Lori while she was in the hospital and hospice: may the Lord richly bless each one of you for your loving service and sacrifice.
A memorial service will be held Tuesday, September 18 at 2:00 p.m. at Denton Bible Church, 2300 East University, officiated by their friend, John Brown. In lieu of flowers, please remember the poor and the agencies and ministries that help the homeless.
