Lisa Hicks Punch, passed away, Sunday, September 27, 2009 at her home in Lewisville.

Lisa was born May 2, 1965 in Denton, TX.  She is survived by her parents, Hershel and Sharon Hicks, Sr.; sister, Debra Kay Blueitt; brother, Hershel Hicks, Jr.; nieces and nephews, Amber Brown, Corey Blueitt, Trevor Blueitt, Ashely Hicks, Chris Hicks, Alexis Hicks, Chance Ramsey and Colby Hicks.

A memorial service will be held 7:00 P.M., Thursday, October 1, 2009 at Mulkey-Mason Chapel, 740 S. Edmonds Lane, Lewisville, TX.  Dr. Al Jones will officiate.
