Linn Staley, age 67, of Carrollton, passed away Monday, August 27, 2007, in Plano.

He was born February 24, 1940 in Koshkonong, Missouri to Jacob Linn Staley, Sr. and

Iva Macklay Staley. Linn served in the United States Marine Corps during the Vietnam War.

He is survived by his daughters, Teresa Tuck of Davenport, Iowa and Stephanie Staley of Carrollton; son Brent Staley of Carrollton; four grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; brother, Garry D. Staley of Kansas City, Missouri and a large extended family.

A graveside service will be held 11:00 a.m. Thursday, August 30, 2007 at Old Hall Cemetery in Lewisville. The family requests memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society. Mulkey-Mason Funeral Home of Lewisville is in charge of arrangements.
