Lindal Clinton Grove, 86, of Krum, TX, passed away Friday, December 7, 2018 at his home in Krum surrounded by his loving wife and children.

He was born on November 3, 1932 in Fort Stockton, TX to Calvin

Ellsworth and Tommie (Flood) Grove. He married his wife of 67 years, Juanita Jane Grove, on November 17, 1951 in Carlsbad,NM.

Lindal started, owned, and operated Grove Bit Service for over 55 years in Denton County.

Lindal is survived by his wife, Juanita Grove, of Krum, TX; sister Alma Markoff of Golden, CO; daughters Darla Grimes, Carla Brumley and Karen Stevenson and her husband, Dolon all of Krum, TX; son Paul Grove of Aubrey, TX; son Michael Grove of Krum, TX; grandchildren Jennifer Paz, Clint Grove, Rachael Howard and husband Wesley, Chad Stevenson and wife Denise, Crystal Johnson and husband Michael, Heather Jackson, Danielle Khoury and husband Marcus, Shane Grove and wife Sky, Christina Grimes, Christopher Grimes and wife Beth, Meagan Hall and Husband Tyler, Jason Brumley and 25 great grandchildren.

Lindal was preceded in death by his father, Calvin Ellsworth Grove; mother Tommie Wade (Flood) Grove; brother Clark Grove; sister Jessie Byers; son Lindal "Linny" Clinton Grove Jr; son Stephen Mark Grove; grandson Joshua Clark Grove; great grandchildren Jacob Grove and Ana Maria Paz.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday December 11, 2018 at 2:00pm in the Mulkey-Bowles-Montgomery Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Dolon Stevenson officiating. Burial will follow in the Jackson Cemetery, Krum, TX. A visitation will take place from 6-8 Monday evening at the funeral home.
