Linda Carolyn Tarazewich age 77, of Denton, Texas went to be with her Lord and Savior on July 12, 2022. Linda had a wonderful and full life. She was born on July 21, 1944, to Robert and Mariam Mast who preceded her in death. She grew up in Ohio and went to Lakewood schools. Growing up, her father owned a flower shop and her mother worked at Lakewood High School. As a child, Linda spent many hours in the shop and developed a love of flowers. She went on to Kent State University and graduated with a degree in Physical Education. She enjoyed swimming and being around the water. During her adult life, she lived in Ohio, Kansas, and several places in Texas. One of her favorite spots to live was on the coast on North Padre Island. She always found comfort in the ebb and flow of the water and walking along the beach.
Her last several years were spent at Good Samaritan Lake Forest Village in Denton, Texas. While living in Denton, she attended Saint David's and was a member of the Daughters of The King. She loved playing bingo, going on shopping trips, looking at Christmas lights, visiting Lake Lewisville, and attending every church service available at Good Samaritan. Linda enjoyed her time at Good Samaritan Lake Forrest Village and made the all the employees smile and laugh daily, as she would talk and visit with each of them. She always wanted to be in service to her community just as she had watched both her parents do so. Linda leaves behind a family that will continue to honor her by serving their communities. She was a woman of Faith and loved her Savior, Jesus Christ, the Holy Ghost, and our Heavenly Father, God Almighty. Holy Communion was important to Linda and brought her comfort, peace, and filled her spirit. Her family finds comfort in the fact that she has been fully healed, is at peace in heaven, and has been reunited with several family members.
