Linda Elkins Sweatman, 70, of Sanger, died Friday, June 21, 2019 at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital in Denton.

Mrs. Sweatman was born on June 15, 1949 in Houston to Theodore Austin and Lou Ella (Morris) Elkins. She was married to Roy Lynn Sweatman on November 15, 2003 in Sanger. She graduated from Wharton High School and worked for several years as an alarm monitor.

Linda is survived by her husband, Roy Sweatman of Sanger; daughters, Natasha Anna Zadeh of Detroit, MI, Candice Lou Zadeh of Tomball, Erica Michael Warren of Houston; brothers, William Perry Elkins, Jerry Lewis Elkins, Edward Doyle Elkins; two grandchildren, Cora Ethel Lane Warren and Randi Shane.

A visitation will be held from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Monday, June, 24 2019 at Mulkey-Bowles-Montgomery Funeral Home, 705 N. Locust, Denton. A graveside service will be held at 10:00 AM Tuesday, June 25, 2019 at Sanger Cemetery.
