Lillie Francis Hilliard, 95, of Decatur, passed away on Saturday, February 24, 2018 at Medical City Hospital in Lewisville.
Mrs. Hilliard was born on July 24, 1922 in Keller to D. "Doc" Mabern and Mary Ruth (Smith) Blackwood. She was married to Guss Hilliard until his death on April 28, 1982.
She is survived by her sons, Charles "Chuck" Hilliard of Copper Canyon and E.C. Hilliard of Decatur; sisters, Lena Ary of Roanoke and Dora Young of Bedford; brother, Mabern Blackwood of Weatherford; grandchildren, Eddie Hilliard, Kim Thomas, Corey Hilliard, Cristi Walters; great-grandchildren, Colton Thomas, Codey Walters, Ashlyn Walters, Lyla Walters, Tristan Walters.
A graveside service will be held at 1:00 PM Thursday, March 1, 2018 at Oakwood Cemetery, Denton. Rev. Buddy Owens will officiate the service.
