Lillie H. Gamble Bulen, age 82, of Lake Dallas, passed away Tuesday,

January 8, 2008, in Denton.

She was born March 12, 1925 in Hebron, Texas to Tommie E. Gamble and Mary Myrtle Bragg Gamble. She moved to Lake Dallas in 1926. Lillie married William "Bill" Bulen on April 10, 1948. He preceded her in death on April 21, 1997. She was a member of Lake Cities United Methodist Church in Lake Dallas, a member of Lake Dallas Rebekah Lodge #262 and the Swisher Cemetery Association.

Lillie is survived by her children; Tommy Gene Overby and his wife, Loris of The Colony, Helen Rae (Overby) Hutto of Corinth and Billie Sue (Bulen) Eberhart and her husband, James of Shady Shores; grandchildren, Renee' Simmons, Randy Hutto, Carrie Finklea, Magan Bailey, Lillie Gene Schafer, Cody Overby and Savannah Overby; great grandchildren, Randall Hutto, Daisy Hutto, Ryan Finklea, Hunter Markham, Corban Bailey, Turner Bailey,

Justin Overby-Schafer, Kalysta Schafer and Skylar Schafer. She is also survived by four siblings, Charlie Gamble of Fredricksburg, Gene Gamble and Ethel Farmer of Denton and Mary Malone of Sherman. She was preceded in death by two siblings, Sam Gamble and James Gamble.

Funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, January 12, 2008, at Lake Cities United Methodist Church. Interment will follow at Swisher Cemetery in Lake Dallas.
