Leon Franklin Brown, 78, of Shady Shores, died Wednesday, November 15, 2017 at Denton Rehabilitation and Nursing Center.
Mr. Brown was born on December 29, 1938 in Denton to Chester Leon and Ruby Muriel (Fipps) Brown. He was married to Laura Jones on December 19, 1965 in Killeen. He worked for many years as a customer service representative for Victor Equipment Company.
Leon is survived by his wife, Laura Brown of Shady Shores; sons, Creighton Brown and his wife Elizabeth of Arlington, Joseph Brown of Denton; sister, Linda Sue Koch of Michigan; grandchildren, Blaine Brown and Shelby Brown.
A visitation will be held from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM Sunday, November 19, 2017 at Mulkey-Bowles-Montgomery Funeral Home, 705 N. Locust, Denton. A graveside service will be at 11:00 AM Monday, November 20, 2017 at the Corinth Shiloh Cemetery.
