Lena Oleta Seay, 95, of Fort Worth, Texas, went to be with her Lord and Savior on April 2, 2010. Born to William Silas Bond and Minnie Lee Tedder on January 7, 1915 in Donie, Texas, Lena devoted her life to her church, her family and her career, retiring from the Baptist Book Store as a music specialist/manager in 1980 after more than 25 years of service.

Lena was preceded in death by her husband, Orum Lee Seay in 1995. She is survived by her children, Elwyn Seay and wife, Beverly of Fort Worth and Donna Trammell and husband, Dan of Denton; sister, Tommye Little of Marlin; grandchildren, Stephen E. Seay of Flower Mound, Shana McMillan of Burleson, Jeffrey Seay of Mansfield, Amy Sime of Angel Fire, New Mexico, John Hargrove of Honolulu, Hawaii, Emily Black of Dallas, and Adam Trammell of Denton; and 11 great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM, Thursday, April 8, 2010 at the First Baptist Church of Arlington, 301 South Center St., Arlington, TX 76010, Phone: (817) 277-6353. Interment will follow in the Shannon Rose Hill Cemetery, 7301 East Lancaster, Fort Worth, TX 76112.
