Larry Provost, age 67, of Lewisville, passed away Monday, September 18, 2006, in Dallas.

He was born May 11, 1939 in Chatham, Ontario, Canada to Harvey and Clara Tetrault Provost. Larry married Patricia 'Pat' J. Longworth on December 21, 1963 in Sweaburg, Ontario, Canada. He was a member of First United Methodist Church in Lewisville.

He is survived by his wife, Pat of Lewisville; son, John Provost and his wife, Paula of Lewisville; daughters, Anne Louise Flamont of Irving, Nicole Hightower and husband, Ryan of Roanoke and Jill Steinbach and husband, Shane of Lewisville; mother, Clara Charron of Chatham, Ontario, Canada; three brothers, Arthur Provost, Lennard Provost and Hector Provost all of Chatham, Ontario and 9 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father, step-father and two brothers.

Funeral service will be held 10:00 a.m. Friday, September 22, 2006, at First United Methodist Church in Lewisville. The family will receive friends from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. Thursday at Mulkey-Mason Funeral Home in Lewisville.
