L. B. (Cotton) Reedy, Jr. 88, of Denton, died Wednesday, November 19, 2008 at his home.  He was born at Navo, Denton County, TX on March 31, 1920 to L. B. and Mary (Marshall) Reedy.  He was married to Claudia Fay Bolton on May 28, 1944 in Denton; she died September 14, 1993.  He served in the Navy during World War II for four years, and was a member of the Church of Christ.  He was retired from the Moore's Business Forms Inc. for thirty-plus years.

A funeral service will be held at 11 A.M. on Saturday, November 22, 2008 in the Chapel of Mulkey-Mason, Jack Schmitz and Son Funeral Home, 705 N. Locust, Denton, with Rev., Joe George, officiating.  Burial will follow in the Roselawn Memorial Park.  The family will be at the funeral home for visitation from 6 P.M. until 8 P.M. on Friday, November 21, 2008.  Pallbearers will be Nephews, Wesley Dudley, Lesley Dudley, Robert Dudley, Charles Staples, Deroyce Bolton, and Richard Reedy.

Mr. Reedy is survived by his son and daughter in law, Gregory Bolton and Cherry Reedy of Denton, and other extended family members.
