Kimberly Renee Betts, 45, of Denton, died Wednesday, December 27, 2006 at Denton Regional Medical Center. She was born December 14, 1961 in Denton to Ronnie Jerrell and Joye (Rollings) Davis. She was married to Jeffrey Lee Betts in Denton, on June 15, 1985. She was a member of the Baptist Church, a graduate of Denton High School, and was employed in Food Service for the University of North Texas

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 P.M. Saturday, December 30, 2006 in the Chapel of Mulkey-Mason, Jack Schmitz and Son Funeral Home, 705 N. Locust, Denton, with Rev. Buddy Owens, officiating. Burial will follow in the Roselawn Memorial Park. The family will be at the funeral home for visitation from 7:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M. Friday, December 29, 2006. Mrs. Betts is survived by her husband, Jeff Betts, of Denton, a daughter, Samantha Betts, of Denton, her mother Joye Davis, of Denton, sisters, Kristine SantaMaria, of Denton, and Kerry Hanson, of Big Lake, Minnesota, and a step mother in law, Josephine Betts, of Pueblo, Colorado, brother in law and sister in law, Butch and Linda Betts, of Lake Arrowhead, aunt and uncle Patsy and Ralph Burch, of Denton, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a son Stephen Betts, her father, Ronnie Davis, Grand parents David and Edna Rollings, uncle, David Rollings, Jr. father and mother in law Herbert and Venita Betts..
