Obituary
Kenneth Dale Lambert, 79, of Grapevine, died Tuesday, August 4, 2015 at his home.
Mr. Lambert was born on July 17, 1936 in Denton to Carl Bird and Callie Mae (Wadkins) Lambert. He married Emily Louise (Kayler) Stephen on January 6, 2007 in Roanoke. He was a member of Tabernacle Baptist Church in Roanoke and the Sherriff's Association of Texas. He graduated from the University of South Carolina in Charleston, SC and seminary in Missouri. Kenneth was a mechanical, civil and electrical engineer. He served as a medic for eight years in the Army going to Korea and for three years in the Air Force; he received three Purple Hearts.
He is survived by his wife, Emily Lambert of Grapevine, Dianne Campbell of France and Mary Jane Calkins of Arlington.
A visitation will be held from 9:00 AM until service time at 10:00 AM Saturday, August 8, 2015 at Tabernacle Baptist Church, 512 North Oak St., Roanoke, TX. Interment will follow at Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park in Colleyville.
