Kathy Meyer, age 62, of Lewisville, passed away Thursday, March 5, 2009, in Carrollton, Texas.
Funeral service will be held 3:00 p.m. Monday, March 9, 2009, at Mulkey-Mason Funeral Home in Lewisville. Interment will follow at Old Hall Cemetery in Lewisville. The family requests memorial contributions made to the American Cancer Society.
