Obituary
Katharine Gentry, 83, passed away peacefully with her loving family at her side in Carrollton.
Mrs. Gentry was born on August 24, 1928 in Wiesbaden, Germany. She was married to Gerald E. Gentry in Germany on November 25, 1948. She worked for REPCO in Rockford, Illinois until she retired.
A graveside service will be held at 11:30 AM Saturday October 8, 2011 at Roselawn Memorial Park, 3801 Roselawn Dr., Denton, TX. Dr. Wayne Braun will officiate the service.
She is survived by her daughter, Colleen Kluver (Randy) of Flower Mound; son, Gary Gentry (Joan) of Carrollton; loving sister, Linnea Gentry of Rockford, Illinois; son-in-law, John Bielefeldt of Carrollton; five grandchildren, Jason Bielefeldt, Kristen (Tim) Darmstedter, Kara Kluver, Justin Gentry, Andrea (Chad) Gibson. She was preceded in death by her husband, Gerald Gentry; daughters, Jeannie Gentry and Yvonne Marie Bielefeldt.
The family gives thanks to VistaCare of Dallas for all their loving care. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society or VistaCare of Dallas.
