Karen Jean Sharp, went to rest peacefully on January 31st, 2018, in Denton Texas. Karen was born November 20, 1959 in Huron, South Dakota. Daughter of Genora Trammell and sister of Norman VanZee and the late Janice Goodwin (Dana Goodwin). Karen Graduated from Norco High School and completed her Associates degree at Butte College in Food Service Management. Karen was a loving mother and is survived by her sons Kajil (Amber) and Nicolas (Carly) and grandchildren Addison Mae and Abel Nicolas. Karen will be remembered for her kindness. energetic and loving attitude towards her friends and family. Cremation services are under the direction of Denton Funeral Home and Cremation Service.
A Celebration of life, along with the disposition of the remains will be determined at a future date by her children.
