Josefa D. Perez, age 70, of Denton passed away Thursday, March 25, 2011, at the Denton Nursing Center. She was born May 13, 1940 in Edouch, Texas to Fidel and Petra (Garcia) Davila. She married Leocadio " Leo" Perez April 1979 in Denton. She was a homemaker, factory worker and a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Denton.

She is survived by her husband Leo of Denton; sisters Sofia D. Villalpando of
Elsa,Texas, Adelina Uribe of Lake Worth, Florida, Rosa Ponce of West Palm Beach, Florida, Magdalena Villalon of Mission, Texas and Francisca San Miguel of Prosper, Texas; brothers Guadalupe Davila and Jesus Davila, both of Elsa, Texas.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her brothers Ramiro Davila, Juan Davila and Fidel Davila and sister Manuela Veanueva .

The Funeral Mass will be 2:00 pm Monday March 28, 2011, at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Denton. Burial will follow at Roselawn Memorial Park in Denton.

Visitation will be 7 to 8:00 pm Sunday with the Rosary from 7:00 to 8:30 pm. at Mulkey-Mason Funeral Home in Denton.
