Jose angel lira, 40 a long time resident of argyle Texas passed away on June 30th,
2018.
Jose was born November 20, 1977 in Dallas, Texas to Felipe and Severita Lira. He grew up in Krum Texas. Then later moved to Denton, and finally settled in Argyle, where he worked nearly 13 years for Hitchcock house movers. There he made more than co-workers, they became family. Jose was a loving father, son, brother, husband, and grandfather. He was a friend to all he ever came across in life, was kind, giving, and understanding. With a larger than life personality and smile, that could light up a room.
Jose was preceded in death by his Father Felipe Lira, Mother Severita Lira, and son Bobby Lira.
Jose is survived by his wife Stacey Lira, son Marcus Lira, and daughters Serenity, Prayer, and Isabella Lira. Along with two grandchildren Marcus Lira jr, Olivia Lira. As well as siblings older brothers Filepe, Carlos, and Julio Lira. Sisters Ruth Vega, and Crystal Lopez.
Jose will be deeply missed and loved.



Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Denton Funeral Home and Cremations. 120 south Carroll Blvd. Denton, Tx.
Visitation will take place there at 9am to 4pm Saturday July 7th. A memorial service will take place Sunday July 8th, 2pm to 4pm at same location. Cremation to follow upon his wishes.
