Johnny Richard Crisp, 71, of Decatur died Saturday October 24, 2015 at Senior Care Rehabilitation Center in Decatur. He was born on August 31, 1944 in Gainesville, TX to Buster and Vera Viola (Cady) Crisp. He was married to Flora Ann Lambert on February 4, 1963 in Denton. He retired from Turbo Ice.
Johnny is survived by his wife Flora Ann Crisp of Decatur; daughter, Flora Crisp of Midland; brother, Sam Crisp of Denton; four grandchildren, Jason Whitaker, Jennifer Breedlove, Tasha Carter, Chelsea Crisp; three great-grandsons, Logan Whitaker, Landon Whitaker, Jamie Breedlove. Johnny was preceded in death by a son, Johnny Crisp, Jr.; sister, Opal Cantrell; brothers, Billy Crisp, James Crisp, Robert Crisp.
A visitation will be held from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Monday, October 26, 2015 at Mulkey-Mason, Jack Schmitz and Son Funeral Home, 705 N. Locust, Denton. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM Tuesday, October 27, 2015 at Whitaker Cemetery near Gunter.
