Johnnie Lynn Long, age 64, passed away on September 11, 2007 in Lewisville after a short courageous battle with inflammatory breast cancer. Johnnie was born in Dallas, Texas, November 3, 1942 and is survived by her mother, Janette McElhanon of Wimberly; sisters, Jean Bowers and Pat McElhanon of Wimberly; daughters, Jody Geisel and her husband, Chuck of Lewisville and Jana Long of Los Angeles; three grandchildren, Joshua Geisel of Vermillion, Ohio and Neil and Kaylee Geisel of Lewisville and many dedicated and wonderful friends. Johnnie loved walking, nature, her grandchildren and her beloved dog, Lucy. A memorial service will be held at 10a.m., Saturday, September 15, 2007 at the First United Methodist Church of Lewisville.
