John William Black, age 74 of Denton, Texas, formerly of Louisiana passed away March 17, 2007 following a long illness. Mr. Black was a 22 year veteran of the United States Air Force and received full military honors at his funeral service which was held Tuesday, March 20, 2007 in Lewisville, Texas. He was preceded in death by his two brothers and parents. He is survived by his wife, Meg Black; sons, John W. black, Jr. and wife, Cindy and Sam Black; sisters, Evelyn Jones and Linda Kaiser; and two grandchildren, Mackensie and Will Black.
