Joe Bob Earhart 84, passed away after a brief illness. He was born January 26, 1933 to Thomas and Mildred Earhart. Joe was the middle child of 3 children which included sister Carolyn Demers and brother Thomas Earhart.

He is preceded in death by his parent and brother as well as shared son William Henson III.

Joe was the beloved husband of Toy Earhart and loving father/dad to daughters Marilyn Platt, Carolyn Colvin, Sons Randy and wife Kathy, Steve Earhart, Joe Brett and wife Kathy Earhart, shared son Marvin and wife Teri Henson and shared daughter Louann and husband Gary Sutton. Joe is also survived by 24 grand children and 32 great grand children.

Joe worked as a tool grinder for over 60 plus years. He retired from Otis Engineering and worked the remaining 38 years for D & S Tools in Carrollton, Texas.

His greatest passion was the love that he shared with his wife Toy, who would have shared their 48th wedding anniversary on November 14, 2017, followed by the love of his children and grandchildren. His additional passion was his love of golf, playing many beautiful courses throughout his lifetime. Golf was a passion that he shared and handed down to his son's.

He also has an annual golf benefit that is named in his honor.

Joe was also a member of Benchmark Bible Church in Denton, Texas. His radiant smile and presence will be missed by many.
