Joanne Marlene Krajewski, 78, died of complications from lung cancer on March 2, 2015 at Presbyterian Hospital, Denton, TX. Joanne was born on November 3, 1936 in Great Falls, MT. She was the fifth of seven children. She is survived by her sister Beverly Ulmer and husband, Gary. Joanne left Montana in 1954 to marry Ted Krajewski of Kalamazoo, MI. They moved around with the Air Force and raised three loving children, Eddy, David, and Brenda Parks (Milo). Joanne loved her grandchildren, Sean, Rachel, and Justin of Southern California; and Piper, Jacob, Cassy, and Leeann of Dallas. Joanne loved her crafts, gardening, golf, cooking, and traveling. Joanne and Ted have a Grey Eagle pass allowing them into every National Park and used it often. They traveled all four corners of the United States! Joanne had a large loving circle of friends, especially her golfing girls. She also had friends and family she loved all over the United States. Joanne was loved by many who will miss her cheerful, sweet, and giving heart. Joanne especially cherished her lifelong friend, Joanie Heidman, who was her alley neighbor from kindergarten on. We would like to express our appreciation of the compassionate care that was provided by the nursing staff at Presbyterian Hospital, Denton TX. A memorial service is planned for March 15, from 1-3 pm at the Denton Country Club.
