Jimmye Nell Marion O'Dell, 78 of Denton, died Monday, February 12, 2007 at The Vintage. She was born March 21, 1928 in Denton to Noah R. and Vera A. (Tubbs) Wiggs. She was a member of the Hickory Creek (Old Alton) Baptist Church, and was a retired Seamstress with the Russell Newman Manufacturing Co.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 A.M. Thursday, February 15, 2007 at the Chapel of Mulkey-Mason, Jack Schmitz and Son Funeral Home, 705 N. Locust, Denton, with Rev. Dickie Amyx officiating. Burial will follow in the Sanger Cemetery. The family will be at the Funeral Home for visitation from 7:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. on Wednesday, February 14, 2007. Pallbearers will be her grandchildren. Mrs. O'Dell is survived by one son, Rick Marion of Denton; five daughters, Jimmye Hill of Denton, Debbie Howard of Lake Dallas, Belinda Hawkins of Krum, Melodye O'Dell and Dianna Marion, of Denton; two sisters, Patsy Page and Rachel Calvert, and a brother Billy Wiggs, all of Denton; fourteen grandchildren and eighteen great-grandchildren.
