Jessica Gage Bonesio, age 28, of Carrollton, passed away Thursday, June 4, 2009, at her home surrounded by her loving family, following a lengthy battle with cancer.

She was born February 27, 1981 in Plano, Texas to Ronnie and Stephanie Gage.  She was a 1999 graduate of Lewisville High School where she served as a cheerleader for her dad's Fighting Farmers' football team.  After graduation she attended the University of North Texas.  She was employed by First Choice Emergency Care in Flower Mound.  Jessica married Ryan Bonesio on December 29, 2007 in Denton.   She was a member of Bent Tree Bible Fellowship Church in Carrollton.

Jessica enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.  Her infectious smile always made her a person you liked being around.   She was an avid sports fan, enjoyed going to movies with her husband and going to the family lake house.

Jessica is survived by her husband, Ryan; parents, Ronnie and Stephanie Gage of Sherman; sister, Julianne Gage of Carrollton; brother, James Gage of Abilene; grandmother, Penney Wren of Decatur and great grandmother, Geneva Penney of Corsicana, Texas.

Funeral service will be held Saturday, June 6, 2009, 10:30 a.m., at First Baptist Church in Lewisville. A graveside service will be held Saturday, 3:00 p.m., at Oaklawn Cemetery in Decatur.
