Jess Edward Turner 05/29/1970 – 12/23/2024

Jess Turner passed away suddenly in his sleep on December 23, 2024.  He is survived by his wife Sheila Lester, three cats and numerous friends at the City of Denton Library system.

Jess was born May 29, 1970, to Evelyn and John Turner. He was proud to serve in the Army Military Intelligence and volunteered to serve in the first Gulf War. After graduating from the Masters program at UNT Jess served the public via the Library systems of Fort Worth and Denton.

The family asks that in lieu of flowers donations be made to Operation Kindness in Carrollton.
