Jerry Nell Cresson, 85 of Denton, died Wednesday, June 28, 2006 at Denton Good Samaritan Village. She was born May 25, 1921 in Denton, to McDuffie Cain and Clara Cisman (Wagnon) Lamar. She was married to Louis Cresson on October 26, 1942 in St. Louis, and he died December 18, 1004. She was a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. She was a Homemaker and Executive Secretary for Cresson Locksmith.

A graveside funeral service will be held at 10:00 A.M. Monday, July 3, 2006 at Roselawn Memorial Park, 3801 Roselawn Dr., Denton, with Rev. James Flynn, officiating. Mrs. Cresson is survived by three daughters, Mary Adele Cresson and Laura Easterling, of Denton, and Ruth Ann Cresson, of Germany, and one son Charles Louis Cresson, of Denton, one granddaughter, Aspen Easterling.
