Jeffery Willard Elrod, 33, of Cleburne, died Thursday January 22, 2009 in Cleburne.

Jeffery was born December 26, 1975 in Denton to Dale and Kay (Hudson) Elrod. He graduated from Aubrey High School in 1994. He worked as a truck driver for Midwestern Mud Company.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM Tuesday January 27, 2009 in the chapel of Mulkey-Mason, Jack Schmitz and Son Funeral Home, 705 N Locust, Denton, TX. Rev. Ward Hudson will officiate the service. Interment will follow at Cooper Creek Cemetery. Visitation will be from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Monday January 26 at the funeral home.

Jeffery is survived by his two daughters, Haylee M. Elrod and Makayla L. Elrod and their mother and her husband, Amanda and David Garibay, all of  Benbrook; mother, Kay Elrod of Aubrey; grandmother, Pearl Hudson of Chico, TX sister, Shelley Sprabary of Aubrey; brother, Phillip and his wife, Nicole Elrod of Burleson. Also survived by extended family, Holly, Christian, Josey, and Jewel Jones, all of Cleburne; numerous nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
