Obituary
Jeff Shauck, age 58, of Double Oak, Texas, passed away Wednesday, November 1, 2006 in Richardson, Texas.
He was born September 2, 1948 in Beloit, Wisconsin to Jarrett and Jadwiga Chabierska Shauck. He served in the United States Army as a field medic during the Vietnam War where he was awarded a Silver Star and Purple Heart. Jeff married Anna Larson on December 30, 1970.
He is survived by his wife, Anna; daughter, Jennifer High and husband, Kelly of Waxahachie, Texas; son, Gregg Shauck and wife Sherri of Double Oak; grandchildren,
Megan Sue Shauck age 3 and Sarah Marie Shauck age 8 months; parents, Jarrett and Jadwiga Shauck of Beloit, Wisconsin and sister-in-law, Maureen Shauck of Onalaska, Wisconsin. Jeff was preceded in death by his brother, Jarrett Shauck.
A memorial service will be held 6:00 p.m. Saturday, November 4, 2006, at Mulkey-Mason Funeral Home in Lewisville. The family request memorial contributions made to any organization of donor's choice.
