Obituary
Jeannette Hensley Huey, 73, of Denton, died Friday, January 4, 2013 at Longmeadow Care Center in Justin.
Mrs. Huey was born on November 27, 1939 in Decatur to Floyd Jackson and Marie Anna (Fiela) Hensley. She graduated from Denton High School and was a member of Hilltop Baptist Church in Irving. She was retired from Wal-Mart.
She is survived by her daughter, Suzanne Rhines and her husband Stacy of Fort Worth; son, Robert Huey of Granbury; sister, Annette Koenig and her husband Leon of Argyle, Charlette Eads of Denton; brothers, Edward Hensley and his wife Pat of Hurst, Richard Hensley and his wife Tootsie of Junction; two grandchildren, Morgan Rhines and Daniel Huey; several nieces and nephews.
A visitation will be held from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Sunday, January 6, 2013 at the funeral home. A funeral service will be held at 3:00 PM Monday, January 7, 2013 at Towne North Baptist Church, 526 Hercules Rd., Denton. Rev. Ken Gray will officiate the service. Interment will follow at Prairie Mound Cemetery, Argyle. Family members will be pallbearers.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, www.alz.org or the American Heart Association, www.heart.org.
