Jaron Leland was born to Robert and Cindy Leland on September 1 ^st 1991. Jaron was the oldest of 2 children and is survived by both his parents, his sister Mariah and her husband Lawrence Peterson, 1 niece, and 4 nephews.  On his 31 ^st birthday Jaron passed away after fighting a 2+ year battle with cancer. Jaron was surrounded by both friends and family at the time of his passing.

Jaron enjoyed many things during his time here on Earth. He loved fantasy, writing fiction, and partaking in games of all kinds. Even as a child, Jaron's imagination transported everyone around him through many grand adventures. While he held a bachelor's degree for Accounting, Jaron was best known for his painting. Jaron especially loved to paint miniatures and write stories of their adventures.

Jaron was a unique individual – unapologetically himself from day 1. Jaron's style and taste were never burdened by the opinions of others. Jaron knew what he liked and surrounded himself with people who could appreciate him as he was. Jaron felt most at home living in the DFW area where he had a group of friends who loved him.

Jaron spent his time with the people he cared about, doing the things he loved. His time was shorter than expected, but it was spent wisely.

A Memorial BBQ will be hosted from 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm on Saturday, September 24 ^th , 2022 at McKenna Park 700 Bonnie Brae St. Denton, Tx 76201
