Janet Renee Kimmel, of Denton, Texas Born 08-05-72 in Fremont, California. She was the daughter of Gerald and Helen Keenum and is survived by her husband Eric Kimmel.

Heaven just got livlier, with the additon of Janet Renee Kimmel Monday, May 14, 2012, long time member of New Life Church, Wife of 20 years to Husband Eric. She is survived by a large family that loved her with all their hearts, Mother Helen Keenum and Sisters Liz Febre, Brenda Skidmore and Dianna Rodgers (Dizer) and Christopher and Delilah Kimmel.

Janet was loved by many, while she never had her own children she was certainly a mother figure to many, especially Justin Rouhier and eric Lopez whom she loved as her own. While it breaks our heart that she is gone we are comforted that she is no longer in pain. Her and Daddy are now together and that gives us peace.

Janet went to the kingdom at 8:55AM on Monday the 14th day of May 2012. She was 39 years young. The family is grateful for all of the love and support it has received, especially from Kathy and Rob Fortney.

A celebration of her life will be held at 1PM Thursday, May 17, 2012 at New Life Church, 1350 Milam Rd. E. Sanger, TX 76266. In lieu of flowers the family request that memorials be given to New Life Church. There will be visitation on Thursday at the church from 11AM until the service time. Burial will follow at the Pilot Point Cemetery in Pilot Point, Texas.
Dr. Jim Mann will conduct the service.
